Karen Roe – Director
Meet Karen, our other Fresh co-founder striking her signature pose. Karen is currently one of only few thousand Chartered Marketers worldwide with her MBA equivalent qualifications. Karen brings enthusiasm, results and bucket loads of fun to the team at Fresh. Karen has been a key player in the commercial successes of many clients. With a hands-on approach and can-do mentality, Karen is an asset to any project that Fresh may embark upon. Client successes have included national PR campaigns, bespoke local marketing campaigns and work on winning tenders. Karen also gets involved in other businesses such as being a board member of Mansfield 2020 and Infinity Marketing.

When not working, Karen has a menagerie of animals to keep in check and begrudgingly enjoys working up a sweat in the gym!

Kirsty Cambers – Director
People could be forgiven for thinking Kirsty is a book-boffin with a 1st class hons degree, MBA equivalent diploma, and as a Chartered Marketer, a recognised leader in the Industry. Her commercial results however challenge this theory.
Having worked with over 100 diverse businesses across both SME & blue chip sectors, Kirsty has been a fundamental pivot for businesses striving for financial growth. Expert modeling and execution of marketing techniques have resulted in hundreds-of-thousands, and in some cases, millions of pounds worth of business growth. Being ‘in the know’ is key to keeping Fresh’s clients ahead of the game, taking advantage of new business opportunities, innovations and niche markets.

Outside of her various business ventures, Kirsty chases other challenges in the form of charitable projects and a love of, but sheer ineptitude with watersports.
